My family and I moved to Winter Park, Florida from Kentucky in 1981. We lived there until 1995 when we moved to Windermere, Florida where we still live. My wife and I teach a young married sunday school class at First Baptist Church Orlando. I became a licensed real estate agent in 1985 and a licensed real estate broker in 1991. Much of my career was spent in the Vacation Ownership Industry where I earned the designation RRP, Registered Resort Professional with the America Resort Development Association.

While in the Vacation Ownership Industry as a broker I managed over a thousand real estate agents. During that time I assisted many of those agents in purchasing their own homes. I noticed that service before, during and after the sale was lacking. I also realized that I received great pleasure in helping these agents realize their dreams. Having discovered both these things, I decided that I would depart from Vacation Ownership and start my own company that specialized in helping families in their housing needs.

I have continued my real estate education and acquired the designation ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative which less than 2 percent of the real estate agents in America have. I have also completed all the requirements and have now acquired the designation GRI, Graduate, REALTOR Institute. Because of the drastic changes the internet has brought to the world in general and the Real Estate industry specifically, I have worked to acquire the designation, e-PRO. The most recent designation I earned is the ALHS, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.  The training I've gained through this designation has further equipped me to serve you better.
